Website Awarded "Best Educational Project"

On April 26, 2001, the Inland Empire Section of the American Planning Association announced the award of "Best Educational Project" to this website, Understanding the Plants and Animals of the Western Riverside County MSHCP.

A student worker in the Scott Lab, Katja Krivoruchko, was also awarded an academic scholarship by the Inland Empire Section of the American Planning Association. Katja is a senior environmental sciences major with a 3.98 GPA. This is the third year in a row that one of Dr. Scott's students have won the Inland Empire Section of the American Planning Association academic scholarship.
